We spent last Saturday night at Canyon Pines. What a pleasure! It was a spur of the moment stop on our way to Spokane and we were so glad... it was going to be Walmart... ha. We had a great pull through spot right on the river. $42 plus tax. Super pleasant and helpful staff, eclectic well stocked store, good selection of fairly priced beer, level sites, clean impressive bathrooms and laundry. What more can one ask.

We stayed in this park for the entire month of August 2020. Spacious sites, clean facilities maintained by family and friends. Well stocked store, propane, laundry room. Large number of sites along Little Salmon river. Deer, Elk, and Bear seen with keen observation if willing to get off beaten path. Would stay here again without hesitation!

On the river, close to Riggins. Spacious camp spots, full hookups, dump station as you exit grounds. Cute store in the office, and the cutest old Western town setup behind the office. Bathrooms and showers were the best I've seen. HOT water, high showerhead, private shower dressing areas. Not a lot of shade or privacy, but not too bad. It's a great stop.

Clean, safe, and great hosts. Stayed by the creek! Amazing view of mountains and valley. Will go out of our way to stay here again. Very conscientious and courteous hosts; great washer/dryer area; quiet and peaceful

Stayed here 3 days.....We like this place and will return. Sandy and Dave are really friendly and very accommodating. Has gravel lots but are nice and level, rest is paved roads. Can sit by the lower Salmon River and it was peaceful for us. Some road noice but did not bother us. No ATT service so had go to Riggins to check calls. Weak wifi, but all was good. Bathrooms are really clean and are kept that way.
Small store in the office area for odds and ends. No sewer due to river but do have a dump station if needed.

We would stay again. Very clean, level gravel pads. Nice restrooms & showers. Some sites have nice trees, all have great lawns.
Owners were very friendly. We came for the eclipse (they were about an hour north of the totality zone). They did not raise their rates.
Unless you fish (Oct-Jun for steelhead & salmon) there's not a lot within 10 miles, but lots beyond that.
Some road noise, but we were closest to the road.

Wonderful RV Park
Canyon Pines is that perfect RV park you have been looking for, not to big but full of friendliness. Dave and Sandy will go way out of their way to make sure you have a great stay so if you are looking for advise on a white water trip, fishing hole or ? Make sure,to ask as they know the area and all the locals so can help you with almost any request. Sites are level but are gravel, each site has a picnic table and nice grass area, rest rooms are 5 star and Sandy will even make you a pizza and deliver it to your RV. Bob and Diane

This place is in a lovely canyon setting with a gurgling river flowing behind. A little highway noise disturbs the peace through the night. Friendly staff, clean and modern restrooms made our stay very pleasant.
