Terrible
Lucky if you get a 50A semi-level spot, most are 30A old, rutted, uneven, un-levelled spots with services on the wrong side. Too many RVs are squeezed in side-by-side. The only “resort” part is in the name.

TOO Tight!!!
I'll start by saying this staff is incredible! They tried their best to be accommodating, because the grounds didn't make it easy for them. The sites are WAY TOO TIGHT! Forget it if you want to open your awning, put a chair or carpet out, etc. We almost couldn't even open our slideouts without the rig next door being so kind to close their awning. This is only after you're able to get your rig level. The grounds were very uneven and not kept well. They should seriously consider upgrades asap! The location is beautiful and right on a lake! Simply breathtaking, but I'd heavily consider staying here again, even if it's just for one night.

Awful
I would only recommend this place is there’s no room in a Walmart parking lot. The spaces were very close. No table or fire ring overgrown grass and a filthy waterfront area. Our space was close to the highway which was very unpleasant. The restroom building looks like a shack and showers are extra. It’s a half hour to the Yellowstone entrance.

$46
Tight
We eventually found a site big enough for our 42' 5th wheel but this place is pretty crowded. We also had a hard maneuvering. The place looks kinda raggedy but the price is good. We paid $40/night for full hook ups but that's only because they sold us a smaller site and we had to go back to the office to get a new site. Our site should have been $46. Great view but the sites are hilly. Also they staffed it with newbies (who did their best) on Memorial day weekend and the first day of the fishing season. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for.

Don't Waste Your Time
Had planned on 7 days, only stayed 4. Spent the 4 days in Yellowstone Park.
This place is like a terrible trailer park. No room between sites to put awning out or have a table and chairs.
Worse place on our trip so far.
Has great potential if owner would finish what he starts.

What a surprise! The only thing that prevented me from a 5 star revue is how close we were to the highway. I will say the noise level did die down with the setting of the sun. Now the positive comments.
Great price, fabulous view of Henry's Lake, super personable staff and so close to West Yellostone, WY. We spent most of our time inside Yellowstone National Park and very happy that we had a roomy safe affordable place to park our 5th wheel. The western entrance to the park was just minutes from downtown. Once inside the park we were already on the southern loop of the park and within 15 minutes of the first thermal activity. Plenty to see and do as well at the RV resort. You could fish for hours right off the jetty or rent a boat at the office or bring your own. A great place to read a book and watch the clouds roll by. We highly recommend this place for Yellowstone fun and for the needed RR after the park.

Too Early
This place will be a nice place. If or when they get it together. Not all sites usable. Trash in stream disappointing. Fish are there. View fantastic. May try another time.
