Nice Looking Park
We just did a drive-thru. It looks like a very nice park. I'm not sure what size Rigs it will accommodate.

$15
Lovely, Well-kept Campground
I've not stayed, but I've driven through. It's $15 a night, so previous reviews that speak of homeless encampments due to lack of fees are no longer relevant. I normally boondock at Flying J or the rest areas south of the city when I'm just passing thru, but I'm going to spend a weekend here. Bring firewood!

Get A Host Or Close It!
We arrived about 330 pm on a Sunday. There were some tent campers and s couple trailers already there. Only 1/3 of the 15 spots available due to upgrading.
There was no camp host but we paid our fee and chose one of two remaining sites. Parked right on the Snake River.
Towards evening the park took on the look of a homeless camp. Dogs running around loose, two different cars with women and dogs who appeared to be living in them. People in campers parked in the "day parking" areas.
Saw on their website they're going to ask $100/per night with a three day min for the eclipse! Good luck with that if you can't keep out the riff Raff! Bad reflection on rapid City.

Overnight
This place is beautiful. Water. A dump station. Free overnight. Nice pit stop. It's a good place to rest, sleep overnight. Then off we go. Yellowstone is just a few hours from here.
