Wolf Flats RecreationArea and Heise Road

Multiple pull offs on both sides of the road as you lead you lead up to and including Wolf Flats. Mostly flat. A couple of good river side spots, but mostly opposite side of the road Fire rings provided and a drop toilet at wolf flats. Some midsized to larger rigs parked there. Busy gravel road with atvs and boat trailers. Especially on the weekends. Not the most peaceful. But good fishing in spring and fall when water levels are low and can Wade fish. Nearby hiking, mountain biking and hot springs. Took a star off for the noise, but caught a beautiful brown on a woolly bigger which made it worth it.
