Quiet, Close To Town, By Creek
Well kept NP Campground. Not for larger rigs over 36ft(you have plenty of space in several sights.... just not super level on the majority. Bathrooms clean, $15 a night. No hookups. Lots of shade in every site. Can't beat the location & price. Great ATV rides from camp

We enjoy It
My wife and I have stayed here several times. It tends to be nice and quiet. Tree coverage is pretty good. There are several near by trails for biking, hiking, and leasurly ATV riding. Once my wife and I had a pair of white tail does walk by the back of our camp. A nice advantage to this camp site is, if you need something Idaho City is just 2 miles down the road.

Open
I didn't stay here, but drove through. It is open. The bridge crosses the creek, and the campground is up the hill. Looks like a small, normal nfs campground. Road is a little rough.
