I have only a little tent. Unfortunately, there is no designated tent area and I had to pay the same as a RV: $36 for a non Idaho resident. However, the bathrooms are clean and there is grass to put the tent on. The bath/shower house is kind of in the middle of the circle, so if the sprinklers are on, it's a long walk around the loop.
The Oregon trail Interpretive site/museum is free once you pay to camp, so I saved $7 on that.
I rated 3 stars due to the cost, and no tent area--away from RVs

Quiet
Lots of room. Hardly anyone there. All sites have water and electric. Site 18 has a nice view of the river and a path to the day use and river area. A bit of a hike but we like to get the dog some exercise (along with us) so it is a plus not a minus. Hot showers. No charge.

Nice Place. Out Of The Way.
Good spots. Quiet, dark at night and close enough to things to not have to worry about not having what you need. Would stay again when we pass through this way.
