Good Stay…
Nice people working got us a spot the same day in July of 2024. Level gravel spot right by the lake was easy in and out. Park itself was quiet and nice and had a 3 mile loop paved trail around the area. Would stay again.

Nice Place
Nice R.V. park for having a lot of long term sites. The park was full when we were there. So If you don’t like being around a lot of campers probably not the place for you. Gravel roads and level gravel sites small patch of grass between sites with picnic tables. Didn’t check out the bathrooms so can’t say how they looked. They have their own small lake that you can fish in. Close to Caldwell restaurants we ate at the Chop Shop (bbq), Grit restaurant, and Mr V’s cafe. They were all good places to eat. Would stay there again if we where running around Caldwell.

So So
The shady spots seem to be taken up by permanent residents, overnighters are in the sun on “gravel” mostly dirt. Lake ( pond ) is scummy. Bathrooms older but clean, private stalls, excellent water pressure. Traffic and train noise

Quiet place. We pulled in around around 9:00 PM, and left at 8:30 AM. Bathroom and showers were clean. WiFi spotty.

Clean And Quiet
We had read many reviews about this place here and other sites. We listened to the folks here and took a chance. Mentioned to the person checking us in about what we read and he explained that there used to be a Mobil home Park across the street. They bought the place and have removed all the Mobil homes. There are about 6-7 trailers, 5ers and motorhomes left. What we found is a level site, 30/50 amp sites, view of lake, easy freeway access to and from, and all this for $32. We would for sure stay here again.

Ok, not so great. Caught a bass! You can fish the lake for bass , carp, bluegill, cat fish, and crappie. Must throw back bass. They need trash cans near lake. That would eliminate some of the liter. Restrooms ok. Price was 32 bucks for our 34 footer. Ok for quick one night stay.

Nice people, beautiful lake, on the river. Problem is you can't swim or Wade in the lake. Only one spot for river access the rest is just kind of flooding over into their dog walk area. Lake is super nice to camp by, but it's so close to the freeway that the road noise drowns out the river and birds. It's really not that bad, might come back. Just wish they had a fence or something to help pretend you're not next to the freeway. There are ducks and birds and trees everywhere, and you can hear the river. Park is clean, bathrooms are ok, laundry, cable, etc. I guess that all makes up for the car noise. Greenbelt runs around the campground on other side of river in between river and canal. It's awesome.
