Well maintained campground

Exceptionally nice staff, very helpful. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Clean bathrooms with good showers. We just stopped overnight and would definitely stop again. Convenient to I-95 and gas stations are at the exit. Quiet area. Lots of seasonal campers—we were lucky to get a site.

Very nice campground close but not to close to 95 pulled in for the night nice lake you can fish quiet nights rest will stay a couple nights next time we are in the area.

Fish bait

We stayed overnight on way back from Florida. What a surprise!! It was beautiful. Spacious sites and the view of the lake great . Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful campground with easy access to 95. Perfect layover spot. Quiet, shaded with oak trees and Spanish moss. Pretty lake. We camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel. Our site was spacious, and there were no low lying branches or issues at all. This was our second time here.

Lovely park owners are super nice have a 40ft motor home plus tow and it fit . Bath and showers super clean , plenty to do. Just wish the sites were not sand and when it rains your site floods.

Great stop, easy to get in and out. We have a 42’fifth wheel and they had plenty of room for us. The owners were very nice and helpful

Overnight

Stayed for one night last November and was glad they got me a pull through but still had to disconnect because it wasn’t level. I would go back if driving on I95 and had to rest, serves the purpose. Would take a back in that was flat. Sites were a little tight but had no neighbors so it wasn’t an issue. I never use restrooms but suspect they take care just like everything else. The owner will lead you to your site in his golf cart.

Overnight Fun

Owners Larry and Sherry (awesome people btw)checked us in on a weekend and slipped our 35ft rig into the best spot lakeside. Our family had a blast! Woodsy and quiet w beautiful trees and a sunset over the lake to die for. Bathhouse was really clean and nice. To cold to swim or do much fishing but we will go back as they have kayaks there to rent and a nice sandy beach for swimmers that is netted!

Overnight

This was just an overnight stop for us. The site we were given was pretty small, but had no one on either side. No picnic table, but it was pretty hot. Everything was ok, just not great.

Gem In Disguise

I seldom leave my coach to check in,my adorable wife usually tends to it,however today I accompanied her and thoroughly enjoyed the couple who checked us in,who by the way recommended a local restaurant which we will try this evening. As for the campgroud,amazing, with the moss hanging down etc. I needed a site with good wi-fi which they provided , all other hookups were good except for the water leak at their faucet. Fairly level site but it is hardpac not grass or blacktop. The owner (maybe) showed us to our site and directed me into it. So far I am happy, I have decent cable,great wi-fi ,pleasent hosts, and now for dinner at their recommendation!

Serene Spot

This was a halfway stop to Florida. Beautiful, quiet spot. Fishing right out your door. Very nice people and good rates.

Nice Campground

Very nice campground. We stayed overnight, but it would be great for a longer stay. Beautiful setting. Wifi and cable are great Utilities worked well, but are toward back of the site so we had to unhook our toad. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a stopover off of 95. Quiet very nice people. Reasonable rates!!

Loved it fishing was great nice peaceful atmosphere very relaxing loved the owners needed charcoal and ran off to the store very helpful would recommend it to anybody and our favorite spot is 47 private and fishing right from your spot just what the doctor ordered peace and quiet and camping at its best

Very nice and quaint park. Friendly staff who are helpful and courteous. Beautiful location with good access from the interstate. It is pet friendly but does not have a fenced dog run, but does have an area by the lake that you can let you dog run loose. The only down side was do not follow the gps from this site as it took us several miles out of the way and to an area that was difficult to get turned around. This campground is off I-95 at exit 58. Gps had us exit at exit 67. All in all a good experience and would recommend this park.

WONDERFUL

Pleasant atmosphere, owners, staff. Nice spring with canoe, peddle boat rentals, clean bath, quiet & Beautiful. Secure. ...plus buy FRESH large shrimp down the road for CHEAP!
