Small But Nice
Nice campground for 2 or 3 nights, but would not consider a “destination” campground. Pretty good trails and was great for mid-way stay over on way to mountains.

Small Campground
Small campground with most sites close to each other and very little foliage between sites for privacy. Quiet and beautiful park with waterfalls, a lake, river, and trails. Roads are narrow coming in and the campground entrance is very steep but doable with most rigs.

Excellent place to stay. Very nice and modern bath house for a state park. Very clean. Staff was great and campground host was very nice and helpful. Nice lakes for fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet campground with nicely laid out sites. Saw a big coyote at dusk while walking back on the lake trail.

Beautiful and quiet. Sites are well laid out. One way access only around and onto sites, (limits access maneuvering). The entrance and exit is quite steep - not a problem, just a heads up. Washrooms are modern and clean. Lots of hot water.

October Weekend Getaway
Staying here was truly like a getaway. One of the best campgrounds we have been too. The spaces were all very well laid out. Plenty of room and shade. The area was so quiet. The grounds were well kept, and seen several park employees working to keep leaves cleared from sites and making rounds. Plenty of garbage cans and clean restrooms. Although we didn’t use the bathhouse. Will definitely be back.

Very nice sites and well maintained in general. Hosts are great and run a tight ship. Great hiking and peaceful.
