Clean, Well Groomed
Staying here this weekend. Use to fish here when I was a kid. Yes no showers and laundry. Price is on the higher end. Flowers all around the lake was in full bloom. New trees and flowers planted. No trash to speak of. Fishing for the family always a bonus. Restaurants and shopping close by. Outdoor Mall less than 5 miles aways. My price that I paid was worth it. I needed a place that was quiet and have a wonderful view. They gave me what I asked for. We will return.

It's OK
It's not a bad place to stay. Cash or Check only. Gets noisy in the morning when the residents leave for work. No bathrooms or showers. The small lake is nice.

Nice Place Near Atlanta
Spent a pleasant 3 days here in early April. Randy and Karen on the front desk are very capable and helpful. I would recommend this park to anyone traveling to or near Atlanta. The catch and release private lake was a bonus and is home to some very large bass. The park is close to groceries, Ace, Starbucks etc.

OK for Overnight
Seems OK for a night or two. No rest rooms or showers. Must be in a self-contained RV. Many sites (presume short term) are in a wide open gravel area like a parking lot. There are shaded and lakeside sites but I'm guessing they are for long-term visitors. Very quiet at night until the long-term people rev up and leave for work. Full hookups but $45 a night seems like a lot for what you get.

Nope
Trailer park. People live here. Trashy.
Not a vacation spot.

Very Nice RV Park
Quiet and peaceful spot on a small fishing lake. Stayed one night enroute to FL. The sites in the woods looked very nice. But we just needed easy access and the pull through site was ideal. Bonus was the water view with fountain.

Good Clean Fun
It's a nice spot. The people are friendly. There are nice bench swings around the lake and good places to walk dogs. Lots of "clean up" stations for dog waste that were always well cared for during our stay. Lawns always mowed. The pull thru spots at the front are close together, but there are nicer, bigger spots up the hill towards the back of the park. $35/night. $750/month. I will say that the price is a bit hefty considering there are no laundry facilities or bath houses, and no rec room or activities. But it's super peaceful and quiet. We spent the month of August here and enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were nice. Long termers are a mix of nice families and retired folk. No riffraff to speak of.
My one real complaint: cockroaches. Little ones, giant ones, babies, adults. They were always out at night and frequently found their way into our camper, despite traps and spraying. We're neat campers and did nothing to attract them. We weren't overrun but they're here.

Poop And Weeds Oh My
After one week of the dog stations not being emptied we were told the man in charge was on vacation. After the second week with poop bags lying all over the ground, I went to the office and was told "when I have time I'll get to it". Disrespectful to all who live and are visiting. Weedy gravel parking lot with bad wifi, no cable,no bathrooms/showers or laundry.

Clean And Friendly!
Cash or check only, no discounts: $30/night daily & weekly, 22/night for monthly. Nice clean site, back or front in to a lake view. We did not have sewer-electric/water only. (They were quite full) Catch & release stocked lake to fish on. Family friendly. We liked this park and it was a short drive to grocery store!
