Beautiful COE
What a serene and beautiful campground. The camp hosts were the best we have seen. Sites were cleaned, and raked within 15 mins after campers left. Fire pits totally cleaned out to the gravel,1st time seeing that happen We enjoyed the birds, water fowl, and alligators. The alligators did not come on land but would swim in front of our site. We loved seeing them. Bainbridge GA and Marrianna Fl both about 30 mins away for complete shopping. Bainbridge has a beautiful county seat with lovely shops all around .Sunsets are very nice. Lake Seminole is large. Great bike riding all the way to the damn and around the 3 loops. Can be challenging in places, but all paved. We stayed on loop A, 02 site. That was the most spacious loop. No golf cats allowed. No playground. Boat ramp and plenty of parking for extra vehicles.
Camp hosts "Laura" was so helpful on nearby activities and restaurants. Always making sure new campers were welcomed.
Eastbank is a COE you will find comfortable and safe.

Great views, no privacy
Eastbank Campground on Lake Seminole is a small, COE campground with 3 loops. Two are along the shore of the lake and provide great lake and sunset views. Trees are scattered throughout te campgrounds and provide some partially shaded sites. The campsites are too close together for my taste and provide for little privacy. If you are outside, your neighbors are in view unless you are looking at the lake. The bathrooms were clean, but the showers were only lukewarm. We had to keep our windows closed and air conditioning on until late at night because our neighbors were loud talkers.

Amazing
See Ludwig's Loving Life for all the details! He gave an accurate review. Amazing deal with or with the 50 discount. Groceries only about 6 miles away at a nice Piggly Wiggly in Snead, FL.

Beautiful Lake View
We stayed on site A04 with a 30 foot 3 slide class A with tow. Has a great view of the lake and sunset. There is an 8 ft picnic table fire ring, trash bar and grill. Also a clean your fish station. Very level gravel site. If you prefer concrete there are some in a different loop. If you have Senior Pass (America the Beautiful card) the fee is 1/2 off. Water and electric at site, dump station on your way out. Funny thing is the time zone one minute your phone says one time next it’s different the Ranger does explain that to you when you arrive. Well kept facilities, did not check out bath house and showers. We really enjoy our stays at US Army Corp of Engineers. Thank you to the volunteers that keep it looking great.

Cheap Price! Not Much Privacy!
Cheap price with the senior "America The Beautiful" pass. $12.00 per night. Some paved sites and all paved roads. But the patio area is gravel with mostly weeds and grass grown up in them. Unfortunately no privacy between camp sites. Sites are WAY too close to each other. Virtually no views of the lake (other RV's block your view) unless you are fortunate enough to book a lake side site. We were there doing the week on site C29 (Supposed to one of the best of 3 circles in the campground. To make matters worse...the walkway to the DAM was closed due to covid. No date when it will open back up. Bathhouse is a good walk unless you stay in the "B" circle.

Great Campground
What a great place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sites are large...not as much privacy as most COE campgrounds, but not really a drawback. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Like all COE campgrounds they honor the senior national parks pass. Even without prices are low. Not really a lot of kid friendly things...no playground or beach area. Keep your eyes pealed for bald eagles and golden eagles. We would come again.

Beautiful Place - One Of Our Favorites!
Quiet campground, well kept. Beautiful water views and sunsets. We had a waterfront spot 22. Pad was not level but RV jacks compensated. Plenty of room between slots. There is a steep incline at the entrance to the loop but we navigated okay. We have F250 with 36’ fifth wheel. Other campers friendly. Picturesque. Stay a few days if you go there.

Different
The cost without permits/pass is 24$. It definitely needs up dating but is clean and mostly quiet. Hurricane Michael came thru and really did damage to the surrounding trees. Near by towns are devastated . But there’s a Piggly Wiggly for groceries not too far.
Part of the camp ground trails, park and boat ramp are closed due to storm damage. I personally didn’t think the people checking you in were all that nice, but it could of been a bad day. You want waterfront..make a reservation.

Typical COE Park
Very nice park. Open spaces with large mature shade trees in campsite areas. Heavy brush and timber around periphery home to many bugs. Warnings about Argentine ant infestations but we didn't encounter any.
Be advised:
1. Park is in the Eastern Time Zone but your phone and atomic clocks will probably display Central Time Zone. You don't want to get locked out when the gate is locked at 10:00 PM EST and you think it's 9:00 PM.
2. The interior park roads are very narrow with some tight turns. The roads blend in quite well with the surrounding ground and are difficult to see in the dark.
3. There is an unmarked and generally unprotected concrete ditch running through the campsites. Be careful if arriving after dark.

Nice park. Recommend taking toad for a ride and check sites first. Where we stayed had a pretty steep hill to get down to the sites. But huge sites and spacious. Very courteous host. Will definitely stay again.
