Very Nice KOA

Staff was very nice and helpful about answering questions about the area. Sites were adequate for our needs. Would stay here again! Shoutout to Larry: It was nice talking with you about retirement and how an when to start our drawing Social Security benefits. Thanks Larry for your advice….

Bat Sh**crazy Drunk Lady On Golf Cart

Well after staying hear for two months whole time issues after issues one morning drunk Phillis on the golf cart . Nearly went to jail at 5 am because she stopped in front of my service van and smacked the hood swearing saying slow the fuck down . Well sorry lady I just put my van in gear started rolling to stop sign didn’t now no mess above the posted 7.5 speed limit. Well it gets better . So KOA Starke not Kia of America corporate just Starke will not allow for us to pay monthly only by the day which might add it’s expensive a lot more then monthly. Because we have children. No not here well on memorial weekend the spot across from me became occupied by a monthly client. Well guess what complaints come rolling in day after day saying I was drinking carrying on etc etc . Well I ask why why what have I done husband pulls gun on me . Then finally I snapped. Well I found out they had three children hidden so I wouldn’t find out so I get the boot and they get to stay and have children?

We hav e stayed here at Thanksgiving with friends always had a good time. The staff is very helpful and always ready to lend a hand . Going this Thanksgiving if the gas prices level off.

Excellent park with a lot of room at each site. Really enjoyed the dog walk through the woods. Exceptional staff!

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. The hosts provided campfire and smores one night for the kids and a nice Easter buffet brunch.

Spent a very nice week here. Very COVID conscious. Staff extremely helpful. Liked the opportunity to rent a campfire pit.

Best Kept Park

This lovely park was quiet, very clean, and friendly. Most appreciative of their policy of no political flags. We RV to enjoy nature and see our country. A wonderful escape from rude politics and chaos. Thanks for having the courage to say “Enough all ready”; all are welcome.

Best KOA I've Ever Been Ata

Clean, easy parking, dual sewer hook ups were a definate plus! Nice pool and playground. Will be back as soon as this pandemic allows!very friendly people.

We’re just finishing up a one month stay at this park. I agree with Chris - I would give it 6 stars if I could. Beautiful park with plenty of trees for shade. Plenty of room to maneuver big rigs. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff who keep the park in immaculate condition. Generous grassy sites with concrete patios. There are some really nice restaurants and a movie theater on Call Street. We’ll be back.

Excellent campground

First stop ever in RV. Told them that and they went really out of their way to help us. Friendly, helpful, well managed, comfortable, quiet location. Would give 6 stars if I could.
