No Frills But Priced Low

This site is ideal for a long termer looking for a place just outside of Palatka, FL. Many tenants are yearly, and those rates are competitive in my opinion. I stayed one night (really just needed to dump tanks). There is not a dump station available on site. Probably would have gone 1 star (5 being something like Blue Water Key RV resort) but the owner made a big difference in my stay. I got settled on my spot only to realize it was 50amp and I am 30amp. He apologized for not catching the oversight and brought me an adapter...like bought one from Ace Hardware and brought it to me! There are some construction projects going on and I am curious if a new dock might be on the to do list. The current dock is a bit sketchy 😉. The evening was very quiet and I slept great. So while there is a bit to be improved on, things appear to be in motion. I might pop back in next year and provide an update!
