If you have to leave for a family issue, they will not even think about refunding you for days you didn't stay there. They kicked our child out of the pool while swimming with his mother and no one else was even in the vicinity. Spaces are so tight you can touch the neighbor. Packed in like sardines. They act like they're the Ritz and they're really a basic motel at best. Look elsewhere.

Very clean, the spots are a bit tight width wise, but you just have to get situated correctly so that you don't encroach on the neighbors patio. The office staff is very nice. Plenty of room to park 1-2 vehicles as well in front of the spots. We had a guest come up for 2 nights. It was $10 each night and she was slowed to park her vehicle on our site. Great location. The tiki bar area wasn't staffed, it is just used for special events from what we could gather. Would recommend and stay again. The facilities are very well maintained.

Great Location, Family Owned
A little pricey, but its the location. Near beaches and downtown. Sites are shell with concrete patios. Pet friendly, but not kid friendly. Owner is on site nearly every day, and that attention shows. Complimentary breakfast on Saturday and dinner on Wednesday. It is also a little tight, but not too bad. Extending awning is no problem.
A lot of folks stay every year and it can seem cliqueish, but everyone is nice enough.
