A Serene, Special Hideaway
I mimic the review submitted by JWJ below. This resort is very clean, has adequately spaced lots with tasteful landscaping. Everyone is so friendly. The Resort also makes a special effort to schedule things to do throughout each month

Outstanding staff. Very helpful & accomodating. Spotless grounds. Very friendly lot owners. Everyone treats you as if you are life long friends. Came for two weeks; ended up staying a month.

One of The Best
I am a return renter. First of all, in response to a couple of lower reviews, I have never found this Motorcoach Resort empty, unless it is the hot summer months which are off season. This is a very nice place. It is limited to only class A motorhomes, but there are a number of facilities like this throughout the country. Unlike a typical RV resort, these type of facilities are built to accomidate larger motorhomes. Numerous RV resorts are restrictive not allowing larger MHs as they do not fit in there spaces, or do not have the needed power for some of the larger units.
Myakka River Motorcoach Resort is a safe and quite facility full of very friendly people. The owners and management staff are very accommodating. It’s location is close to beaches, fishing, shopping, many dinning opportunities, and medical facilities.
This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars if not more!

This was our second time here but not our last. This is a beautiful, well-maintained resort. The owners/staff are warm, accommodating and friendly. What makes this resort stand out are the people (owners and renters) are welcoming and make your stay unforgettable.

This is a note to future reviewers. I don’t believe it’s fair to give a place a low rating because you can’t use their facilities.
Its their property. And they should be able to do whatever they want with it. I have a gorgeous 2018 26 ft Tiffin Class C. I paid just as much for it as a class A and I can’t get in. And I applaud their desire to to be around people they feel comfortable with.
When you give them a bad review you’re lowering their overall average, making it look like something’s wrong with the place to those who DO qualify to stay there.

Such A Waste
It is a shame that they only accept Class A motorhomes. This is a beautiful park and very well cared for, but it is almost always empty. Obviously, they do not need the money because there are never enough motorhomes there to support it. Even though this is a beautiful park and a very small amount of the RV and camping communities can use it, it is also located in a beautiful area with plenty of other nice parks in the vicinity. This is Florida we have a ton of beautiful parks worth visiting.

I think it's unfair this beautiful place only allows motor coaches. I have a brand new trailer that is every bit as nice as any class a. Just sad.

This park is top notch. One of the nicest parks we ever been to. The owners are very nice. 5 stars.
