36ft class A, easy in and out. Busy area with tons of shopping. Nice park to walk around in. Pretty quiet for being in the city and across from a hospital and mall. Have not been in the bathrooms. Tight like most Florida parks. There is a little lake here and some people fish in it. We stay here to visit family. Covid-19 testing site.

Winter Fun

Had a great time staying here January 2018. It was peaceful and the water views were beautiful. Surprisingly quiet for a park in the middle of the city. Too bad there were no water amenities open, but since it was very cold, it was not too missed.

Spaces are too close together if you want some space and privacy. Strictly adhere to every single rule or you will be told, almost a kindergarten feeling instead of adult camping. The area outside the park such as shopping centered etc are rough neighborhoods. There is a mall close by if you brave the traffic.
