Very Nice and Secluded RV Park

This is a small RV park about 8 miles south of I10. It is well maintained with level sites, excellent views, a clubhouse with a kitchen area, TV social area and a laundry room. Behind the clubhouse is a small swimming pool. Everything kept spotless, a worthwhile stop.

Totally Awesome

Alliance Hills may be a little off the "beaten path"... aka I 10, however it is absolutely worth it. So peaceful and lovely. NO interstate noise at all. 😉.

Other reviews are correct, level concrete, nice view, pool, clean dog park, great staff, and you can watch deer eating in the evening. Will stay again!!!!

Very nice, new, clean park. Small and convenient. Great for 55+ and pet friendly. Close to I-10, but quiet. Only downside - not alot of shade. Stacy was extremely helpful and I believe truly appreciated our business!

We arrived at Alliance Hill as our last stop back to South Florida after an 8000 mile transcontinental round trip. If we had made this our first stop, we’d have been disappointed with all the scores of other private campgrounds we visited, many of which charged more. This is truly a hidden gem, located just minutes south of I-10 near Marianna in the Florida panhandle. It is actually situated on a hill in a beautiful bucolic setting, has large level concrete pads surrounded by well manicured grass and landscaping with paved roads. It’s only 14 sites, but not a bad one in the campground which is gated, and 55 plus. Also has a spacious, well furnished clubhouse with a large, well maintained pool. There is only a single restroom and shower for men and women, but is very clean, and adequate for a park its size. This quiet and relaxing place is worthy of every complimentary superlative. We’re definitely looking to a return here on our next sojourn.

Great Spot

Stopped here for 1 night. The CG is about 10 miles off of Hwy 10. Easy drive with our Class A. Beautiful little CG. Host and Hostess were wonderful. Full hook up, very level concrete pads. Stabilizers went down no adjusting. Nice dog park.
