New Name just Vacation Village
Good location close to everything. Good mix of RV & park model sites. Our site 18 was wide & long. On our walks we did notice that some sites are tight. Bath house with laundry units are nice and clean with AC.

Cramped spots, could hear family next door yelling at kids. Noisy, on a main road in Largo... but if you have to have a parking spot in town, this place does do overnight, and is less $$ than the KOA. As it was, we left early.

Quick Getaway
It's a nice place to stop and grab some rest from the road. The park is a little tough to get into from the main road because of the Uturn but slipped my 30' trailer right in the spot and started relaxing by the nice pool!!

Not Sure Why This Is An Encore Property
First, thanks to the reviewer who warned about the turn into the campground. They were 100% right. We would have been completely stuck trying to get in. If you are towing anything longer than say 10 feet, you need to approach this turn such that you can take a right turn into it. It is on a one way section of street that requires an impossible u turn if you are towing.
This is not a pretty park and it is 99% full time old parked RVS and park models who have made it their permanent home in the middle of a not so safe seeming area on a 6 lane busy city street.
The people were nice as was the office staff, but if you are a family or looking for a place where there are areas for the kids to run and play and have playgrounds, etc this is not it.
The spaces are very crammed. This is really a Mobile Home Park that allows long and short term RV spots.
If long term city living in the general vicinity of beaches is what you are looking for you've found it.

Good Park To Be Close To Clearwater
WARNING.. read below about pulling into park. This is an encore park, but better to book by calling direct. We got an elite spot by pool with passport America. When we called encore to extend because front office was closed on sun, they told us they could not give us the same rate because their computers forbade it. They were nice enough to get ahold of office who said 'no prob.' The park (at least where we parked) is ok. Lot of permanents it seems and on weekends people using the pool and indoor billiards room and parking everywhere that seemed to leave the park when they were done. We had no issues, office was very kind and spot was fine. Pool was warm and enjoyable. BE CAREFUL when pulling into this park. If you come from East, you CANNOT without making UTURN on very busy street. We had to pull into the place next store, unhook, back out and drive in. Avoid this by finding a way to come in going toward East instead of From east.

Spaces are very tight, wifi only at the office. Leslie @ the front desk is very freindly and accomadating. Not much to do we only stayed 1 night
