Elmar RV Resort is by far my favorite RV place in Key west. Its small but luxurious. Fiona the park manager was amazing. Each spot has it's own very large slab and green grassed yard. Owner takes pride in his property and it shows. I highly recomend. Book in advance because during busy weekends they fill up fast.

Very Nice, Quiet
We stayed here for 3 months, water site in summer. Fiona and her son Chris are super nice. We never used cable, but WiFi is usually great, could stream most nights. Very quiet park, wide level spaces. No extra amenities, but most are self sustained in big rigs. It's a small park, I would leave a message or text Fiona, and she always got back with me.

No Answer
I tried to book for an upcoming holiday. Like the reviews before stated, there was no answer on multiple attempts. They finally returned my text a few days later just to tell me to call them back to confirm in 3 days as they were “unavailable”. I call again three days later and no answer once again. Good luck. I booked at another local campground instead.

This is about as close as you can get to Key West! Small but very nice and well taken care of. We got the spot on the end that was over looking the water. Only complaint is I text the owner around 11am asking to use the kayaks that were tied to the dock. No response back until almost 9pm telling me that they belonged to another guest. Oh and to be careful because other guests have seen a LARGE water snake of some sort along that area! So you definitely don’t want to swim here! If we come back we will more than likely stay on another key that has better swimming.

Retired
I wanted to stay here, but these folks do not answer their phone. They do no return phone calls. They do not respond to emails. After two days of trying to get in contact with them I gave up and reserved elsewhere. I take it as a reflection on how they provide service to their customers.
