I called today for tent site pricing... Debbie said, "no, we don't do those".

Greeted by unfriendly gentleman who didn't give us any information in the park at all. He said that we had to stay in the overflow lot. It was a sandy, weedy lot right next to a very busy road. We walked around the park and found the showers that were at least a mile round trip to the overflow lot. I don't mind walking a little but this was a bit much. Several days later we found a closer shower in the middle of the permanent trailers. Would have been nice to know about it sooner. Also as we walked the park there were 30+ empty places we could have stayed closer to showers and away from busy road! Customer service is not a priority here. We didn't even have a picnic table in our site or any of the sites in the overflow lot. We asked if we could get one and they reluctantly agreed. Not a place I would ever stay again. There are many places to stay just outside of Fort Myers that are nicer and more accommodating.
