It's an RV park so tight spots and full of full timers but it is extremely well kept and was the closest to Sanibel island that would allow us to have our dogs here. The campground on Sanibel island doesn't allow pets. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate and the pool and hot tub are lovely. We were definitely the youngest people here as many of the sites are permanent trailers that seniors live in full time. The people were super friendly and welcoming and all invited us to join them for cocktails or to chat during the day. A good place to stay for a day or two while you explore Sanibel or fort Myers beaches for sure!

Nah Gunnah Do It Again
I am so over any RV park. If I can’t stay at a state park, Walmart, or even a casino—I will sell my RV and stay home.
Ya’ll if you like to be crammed into a trailer park, this is right up your alley with a nice pool and scheduled activities. I do not enjoy the promise of WiFi only to be told my site is out of range. At least at a state park or Walmart, I know what I will not have.
