Beverly Beach Camptown
Spent a week here in June 2023. Campground was not full or crowded. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Short drive to Flagler Beach for restaurants and St Augustine is 35 minutes away. We will return.

We found this campground three years ago and HAD to come back. Its a bit pricey, but if you love the ocean, this is the place!

This campground has a great view and could be the best, but there is one woman in the office that is unbelievably rude. You will figure out who she is quickly and can avoid the shop when she is there.

Quiet Oceanside Campground
Fantastic beachfront campground. Sites are level. Nice concrete patios with a small picnic table. Wifi is good most of the time (evenings seem to be when it bogs down). Water pressure is good too. Sites are 50 amp service but they have converters avaliable. Sewer hook up is clean and easy. They also have cable hookups with a decent amount of channels. The maintenence staff is very friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers are very clean as well as the laundry area. Fully stocked camp store with alot of essentials fairly priced with fishing and beach gear available for purchase. There's as a great little food truck serving breakfast and lunch specials, with the friendliest staff working it. Can be windy but hey you're right smack on the ocean. Town is close by with restaurants and shops. Campground is quiet. I will be back here for sure.

Beach Front Old Florida
Have stayed at this campground many times and have thoroughly enjoyed every experience. The beach front spots provide incredible views and convenient access to beach. From a cost perspective, especially events, weekends, and holidays you will pay for the beachfront but it is well worth it! Spots are spartan but many have concrete pads now and have had full hookups. No pull thru sites and sites are stacked but they will accommodate a bus with slides. Bath houses are utilitarian but always clean, laundry facilities, and a well stocked store round out the amenities. Flagler Beach, the pier, beach front strip are all just a few miles away and certainly within bicycle distance. I have stayed at many campgrounds throughout Florida and this one has to rank in the top five of those I would consistently choose as a go to for a long weekend.

Management Is Horrible
We had police called over cornhole because management could not handle our neighbor complaining about us playing cornhole at 5pm. Only for the police to tell them both, management and neighbor, that we could play cornhole!!!!!!! We waisted our time and money on this issue therefor please don’t visit if you want a peaceful and respectful management to handle any issues in case needed......... not worth your money!!! Find another campground, there are plenty!!!

Beautiful View
Full time RV’ers, our home base is Florida and we decided to take the short drive to recharge by the ocean. View was beautiful (lot 47) and fairly quiet. Staff was friendly and it was nice having a little convenience store on site. The lots are very close together, but we had great neighbors so it wasn’t a big deal. Can’t give it 5 stars because the WiFi was awful and the water pressure was almost non existent. Love that there are cabins there, we plan on visiting again and arranging renting a cabin for some family members that don’t RV.

Right on the ocean, quiet park, beautiful sunrises. Quiet park, big rig friendly. Office staff amazing and went above and beyond for us. No pool. Lots of friendly folks to chat with. Will be back.

Awesome!
Literally we were parked 5 feet from the seawall and the water was 30 feet past that, just incredible! Staff was friendly everything was clean, well worth the money!

Excellent place to camp! The ocean view is spectacular. Dusk is amazing and sunrise magnificent. God’s majesty in all splendor. Definitely return.

Yes, it's pricey and worth every penny. All (and I mean ALL) employees are happy to serve and friendly. Anthony, from the maintenance department went out of his way to help us out. The camper store had a very wide selection with reasonable prices. The view is off the chart with many easy beach access points. We loved this place.

A Bit Pricey For What You Get
The price was a little expensive. We’re from Florida so the ocean view isn’t a big enough of a deal to pay almost double for basically a parking lot on the beach. Staff was nice. A lot of older campers that I guess couldn’t be bothered to bend over and pick up after their dogs.

Rv Beach Paradise
Expensive but totally worth it, best beach camping on Florida, why? location location location. To be able to park with full hookups in front of the beach and without the sand all over your rv is priceless. Definitely I will come back.

Beautiful Ocean Front Views
Very nice campground but every time they do updates to the grounds they go up on prices. Internet is awful, very slow, sometimes non existent. Water pressure could be better. I have stayed here several times in the fall and the wind is unreal at times. It is close to St Augustine and Daytona and of course Flagler Beach. I would stay here again if they don’t raise their rates again.

Beautiful Right On The Beach
Amazing location, just steps from the beach. Worth it to pay the extra to stay right on the water side. Have to bring your own campfire pit that must be 6 inches off the ground. Running and cycling path right next to the campground...can ride forever. Could be a little tight quarters if every site was full but we were there when it was pretty empty and loved it. Super nice staff.

This place is not the ONLY campground that is right on the beach in this Nation. There is several others here in the USA that have ON THE BEACH camping. *However this is a cool place to camp*

Very small campground, but we were right on the beach! There is a very tall sea wall which made me a little nervous with my 3 year old but she learned to stay away from the edge. The beach was beautiful. We even saw baby sea turtles released while we were there.

I do appreciate the view of the ocean. BUT the staff and service is horrible they all carry an attitude that we are their to serve them. No appreciation for the customer. And beside the view their is nothing at the campground. The new concrete slabs cut into the already tiny parking spots. Skip it and spend your hard earned money where you are appropriated!

New To This RV Life
Wonderful park, but a bit pricey. Plenty of room for our 45' fiver, but had to back into a pull forward site, so the connections were on the other side... The view was spectacular, and so close to the ocean it woke us up at high tide! Literally feet away from the seawall, and our back patio was feet from the seawall. We were parked that close. The office is convenient, and the store had a great supply of everything you might need for your rig that might have broke or you forgot. Can't wait to come back!

Friendly travelers
It was our first time at Beverly Beach Camptown. We stayed at the sea wall sites. Views were fabulous without question. But we are handicapped and we were told that the camp was handicap assessible. Which isn't the truth. Sea wall board walk has no handicap essessible walk way ramps for walkers or wheel chairs. Also restroom doors are to narrow for easy wheel chair excess. Also couldn't get down to the beach either. But the views were fantastic.

Unique Campground
We stayed on the ocean front adjacent to the seawall. The sites are small, but the view is tremendous. Friendly staff, nice store, washrooms are good, laundry is very good. The beach is excellent. Swimming, surf fishing, whale watching, porpoises swimming past and an infinite number of sea birds. Pet friendly, but dogs must be walked on the edge of Highway A1A or on the beach. When we were there the property was undergoing repairs as a result of damage caused by Hurricane Mathew so construction noise was common. Worth a visit but becomes claustrophobic after a week.
