Nice Place To Spend The Winter
$453 per month plus electric for a six month stay. Higher monthly rates for shorter term. Three phases. Phase III dogs are not allowed to live or be walked. Bordered by two busy roads so a fair amount of traffic noise. Concrete patios and driveways, but gravel pads. Various lengths, but we were able to put our 35' fifth wheel in place and have room to park our 22' long truck. Nice lawns at each site. Phase II is mostly long term residential with some monthly sites mixed in. Phase I is short term, and consist of long concrete pull through pads and patios. Staff and residents are nice and also quiet. Located about 8 miles from Kissimmee at the corner of Ronald Reagan and Lake Wilson streets. Location shown on this app is about 2 miles north of the actual location.

Down Home
Comfortable place with a down home feeling. Nothing fancy...just the essentials. Phase III is for guests with no dogs, but is close to a road with lots of traffic noise, especially quarry trucks. Transient sites are closely packed treeless slabs out front. You can ask for short-term sites in the residential areas to have a more neighborhood feel and trees. Wifi is ONLY in the clubhouse. No cable TV. Residents are very quiet.
