Great Time!
Hi!
We had site 260. It was fantastic until it rained . This site needs care, however the campgrounds are very, very nice!
Staff was very helpful and we (4 adults and 2children) had a wonderful time!

Nice Resort With Spacious Lots
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this resort. The size of the lots are large, where there are no issues about being crammed in top of your neighbor. There are many full timers here, but they keep there areas nicely kept. The staff was very nice and constantly are out maintaining the grounds. I would definitely come back.

Run Down
This place is falling apart. A lot of full-timers. Pool needs some TLC. Green and a lot of dirt at bottom. Only (1) Men’s shower. (2) for women. The other bathroom/shower is still under construction. Porta Potty available. Dogs run around with no leashes. Most of the full timers Pets. Bugs Galore!!! Park needs a maintenance crew that work. So much debris around sites. Flooding is inevitable in the back. Stay away. Berries and branches fall on your RV. Had to wash down my Class A several times. They have a nice ice cream stand. Stay away from the cones, milkshakes etc. the water they use does not seem to be filtered. A lot of Golf carts running around at night with full timers and beer in hand. This place could be a nice one if Management and staff did their jobs. Will not be back!!!!

Terrible
We stayed here for 3 nights in May . Management is inept! Pool was green and NO internet. Bugs were so bad we had to stay inside. The only good thing was the small beach at the end of the road

Not the Best
We stayed for the month of April 2018. Positives, site was level and all utilities worked. Negatives, primary issue are the biting bugs. Park is located in a wet Florida environment with tidal water that reduces to mud in some locations. We tried various types of repellent, nothing worked. You cannot sit outside. Another issue is that campfires are allowed to burn continuously, if the wind is blowing your way you smell smoke all day. Wireless provider is a joke and wireless Internet Access very poor. Unfortunately, people walk dogs and do not pick up dogs mess. You are permitted two vehicles per site, one can be a boat. Many weekend visitors come with three or more cars including boats.
We will not be back.

Nice campground! Full hookups for all sites. Many full timers live here year round, but very friendly! We wanted to kayak to three sisters springs and the canal that runs by was perfect for it! Our location on the lagoon was beautiful! Lots of amenities... all common buildings very clean and well kept.

Best Encore Yet!
Loved the campground. The location with the canal for boat access, the pool, the ice cream stand, the playground and lake all made it the best Encore campground we have stayed at yet. Folks were friendly. We didn't meet any staff as we rolled in after hours Friday just for the weekend and we didn't need any help. The only downside is that using a free passes given to us either purchase of trailer appears to always me we get allocated the less desirable site. We were off in a corner by ourselves, by the dumpsters and where folks bring their dogs to do their business (not everyone picked up, not the campground's fault). May want to consider allocating a better site if you're wanting us to buy a pass after the free nights end. I don't mean premium but not the least desired.
