He seems like a cool genuine guy at first but that's just a facade. Hes an arrogant douchebag. He's over priced for his small run down campers/fifth wheels. As far as I've seen he's the only one that calls this drug haven Princess Rv Resort. If you have your heart set on living here there are other people that you can rent from.
