Campers beware!!!! If you camp there during the summer months from out of state, they send a list to the town to send out tax bills on the campers. They send your PERSONAL information to the town. We will never camp here again!!!

Not Bad, Best In The Area As Of 7/22
Not a bad place, seems to get a lot of regulars. Certainly nothing fancy, but seems they are working to improve what they have. They did stand up and pay for the one thousand dollar window that their lawn mower knocked a rock thru- though I did need to locate the replacement window myself and find an installer when theirs failed to show up.

Friendly staff , but not clean! Fire pit had garbage in it, dumpsters overfilled! This park could be excellent if cleaned up

Friendly
Friendly staff and campers too! Highly recommended for a relaxing week, close to food and shopping.

The Worst
Save your money. It's nothing more then a glorified storage facility. Mostly construction workers. They'll wake you up EVERY MORNING at 4am with their diesel trucks. Sites are filthy. Trash and dog poop every where.

Stayed While Visiting Family In The Area
Very nice staff. Comfortable and clean campground. Well maintained and convenient for both hiking and shopping. The location is easy to get to via back roads or highways. A little pricey but that seems to be normal in CT and NY. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Area For Weekends And Hiking
This is are 2nd time here in 1yr. Currently they changed owners back in February 2018. The new owners are trying to improve the park. We like because it's quiet and peaceful. Also the area has a lot of conveniences. Their is a great mexican restaurant directly across the street, multiple gas stations open 24hrs,dunk in donuts, dodge dealer (just incase) your rig brakes down lol if ya have a dodge. Also For us men that are continuously modding out or doing rv maint theirs a huge are hardware down the street and a Napa(fyi most Napa even deliver parts so your part will come right to your site). We like the site which backs us in front of a little creek. Theirs also a deck on our site. Caution take your time your time backing in as the deck is close to you rv and also depending on your rig the steps may not come all the way down. Mine just made it . Roads could use paving, playground for kids,Wi-Fi repeaters, cable, hot tub, open up some sites by removing few trees, gravel sites.
