I called to make a reservation and spoke to the Son of the owner. He was great and gave us all the details to book our stay. He said cause we had a 5th wheel older than 10 years it just had to be approved by his mother, the owner, but its shouldn't be a problem. We have an 06 bought used but it was never used and is in beautiful condition. His mother was rude and nasty saying she's 'not getting stuck with your junk' I explained to her it was not junk and in good condition and she said in order for me to stay there I would have to sign a letter of promise saying I would have a new rv purchased to stay in the following year!! You can't make this up! Needless to say, we never stayed with them.
