Chose Not To Stay

Had considered this lake to camp, but it was very open and seemed desolate. It was very windy and there was nothing to block the wind. Need to be online to make a reservation, and need to pay the $7 park fee as well as the $17/night camping fee. There was a map showing the camping areas, but actual camp site locations are visible online. I wish there was a better system for people without reservations. For those with boating activities, it would be a good option. Chose to go to a forest campground instead.
