Convenient For Colorado National Monumen
Awesome campground. Level Gravel spot. Concrete slab for picnic table and it was covered. Space surrounded by grass and vegetation making it very private. Camper services (laundry room) was clean. Great walking paths. Enjoyed benefit concert during our stay. Side note - pizza at Hot Tomato in Fruita is one the best we have ever had. Copper Club Brewing also in Fruita was worth the visit. Over than Grand Junction. Outside patio was spacious.

Very Nice Park
This was a very nice park. Easy access from I70, but no road noise. Wide, well maintained paved roads easily navigated by any rig. Large private sites, many are pull-throughs. The landing pad is paved with a crushed stone patio, covered picnic table and a fire pit. The sites are surrounded by grass and natural vegetation. Our site, #17, was nestled in the trees and had plenty of shade. Some other sites are more open. The park is very well maintained. There is a beautiful river walk, pond, boat launches, and lots of green space. There’s a laundry available, although we didn’t use it. Some sites are full hook-ups, others are water and electric only, so check the site map before you book. There is a dump station. We had 2 bars on T-mobile service. There is no WiFi. Close to Colorado National Monument entry station and the town of Fruita. We will stay here again the next time we travel on I70.

Seems Like A Nice Place
Here in March, water was shut off due to overnight temps. Cost about 30. Seems like lots to do. Ranger said they fill up quick for campsites.

Clean and lots of elbowroom
This is not the most scenic place. The campground is level and not that far from commercial. There is water (river) nearby but not within sight of most camp sites. But, it was clean, paved roads, good laundry & baths. Plenty of space between camp sites. Several camp hosts. It's a good spot to camp if you are heading to nearby Colorado National Monument (itself not the greatest experience but well worth the drive if you aren't in a rush to get to Arches or similar). Also great if you are visiting Grand Junction and want to avoid the trappings of an RV park. So, given what it is, basic overnight camping, it's five stars. Our site had electricity only. Water was nearby. There is a dump station.

Nice State Park
This is a nice State Park. I've been to better which is why this one gets 4 stars instead of 5. However, this is a good one. The sites are level with concrete pads. You have a fire pit, bench and covered area. Plenty of room and they also have full hookups. A nice playground and plenty of grounds to walk dogs. There is also a nice paved bike path. The only issues we had is dogs were off the leash and no one said anything. This can be dangerous for both dogs and owners. Also, there were no hiking trails to speak of. Overall, this is a nice State Park and we would come back. We recommend this place.

Very nice State Park. Good privacy, well spaced sites. Back-ins are best, IMHO. Beautiful natural landscape with medium size trees throughout. Stayed 3 nights in TT. We'll be back again.

Very nice sites with concrete and asphalt. Covered picnic table, fire pit on large gravelled area. Good space between sites, so you privacy, if you want. Some sites with electricity and water, some full hookups. Park well maintained. We would gladly stay here again.
