People are very friendly and go out their way to help you as they drive around the property, even if it was after hours. The bathrooms, laundry and shower were new, immaculate and the best restrooms i have experienced in two months of traveling. The reason for 4 stars is that although the grounds are very nice, gravel sites are very level, the dog park was out of commission and the gravel was a little thick making it hard to walk on, the sites were extra long and wide to accommodate a large rv but having a small one in 100 degree heat and put in a nonshaded area although there were other empty shaded areas, forced me to have to carry my dogs across the hot gravel as they had a lot of trouble walking over it. There is a park across the street, but its very busy and no real crosswalk to slow people down.

Just stayed in park for one day but it was one of the best RV campgrounds we’ve been in. Huge sites with pull thru drives. The grounds, restrooms, including showers were spotless!! Even though it sits close to one busy street, it seemed very quiet, nice feeling there was also a fence around park. Hope to return one day

Overnighted. Bathrooms were good water pressure, hot water, clean and roomy stalls. Laundry service was great also. Pad was near level, plenty of room between pads, and quiet peaceful neighbors. Would stay again.

Mesa Verda Bound
All the pictures do not do the campground any justice. Very nice very laid-back would have loved to stay longer than a week. The camp host in the store was so nice when she greeted us on arrival. Everyone we met was so helpful with lots of information of the area. The shower rooms and laundry room was very clean. Most definitely would stay again if in the area

Very nice park; clean, well-kept, friendly staff. 9/10/21 - $50 per night with full hook-ups. Discounts available for Good Sam or Veterans. Very quiet, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Sundance RV Park is very well maintained. New 30&50-amp electrical pedestals, cable TV (22 channels are digital), level gravel sites. Wide pull-through and a very courteous staff. Stayed only one night, but there are so many places to see, we could have spent a week here. Rate is $47 for a pull through. We would like to come again some day.

Perfect Spot, Great Host And Campground
Stopped for a couple of days, got ready to leave and had truck problems. They were so helpful with trying to help. We will be here for a couple more days, but couldn't ask for a better place!! Super clean restrooms and showers!

Very convenient with great location. Pull thru site was gravel/dirt but it was level. Equipment rental company is next door and was noisy. Make sure your site is away from rental company

Very Nice Park
We knew this park had good reviews but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. There are a lot of mature trees. The park is well maintained and amazingly quiet for an in-town park. Streets are asphalt, sites are level rock. Restrooms, showers and laundry are neat and clean and all of the staff are great. We really like it here and are thinking of coming back later for a longer stay.

This place is well maintained. Lots of tall trees and quiet.
We checked in late because we had brake failure on our fifth wheel.
The host couple came and welcomed us and made sure we were taken care of.
We had no issues extending our stay another day.
Cortez is a charming little town.
We will definitely stay again!

Good Stop To Re-supply Your RV
Close to everything so you can restock to go again. Nice park with good laundry. We caught up on world events with their cable.

I have camped a lot of places all over the USA, and I have never been in a cleaner campground. The showers and laundry room were impeccably well maintained. The showers were very clean and private. There were even bath mats to stand on which looked new. Lots were level and gravel. Very quiet. All landscaping was beautiful and you could tell maintained by someone who enjoyed keeping the place looking good. The camp ground host was very kind and helpful, and was raking our lot to smooth it out and make it look nice before we even left the grounds. I would definitely stay here again if traveling through, to four corners, or to Mesa Verde. Lovely park, lovely hosts.

A Good Place To Stay
They allowed me to set up early so I could enjoy the afternoon at Mesa Verde. It is a good spot for a short stay.

We only stayed one night. We got the last spot that night we stayed. Call ahead to get a spot. Everything was neat and clean. Manager was nice. Brochure said they are geared toward adults. We did have our seven kids with us and we were still treated very nice.

Excellent Location And Showers!
Very clean park, and the bathrooms were the best I've seen (private shower rooms with locking doors, good water pressure, and nice laundry facility). Good Wi-Fi from out location. Restaurant next door was great for breakfast too. We stayed 2 nights, visiting Mesa Verde in the middle. They rake the gravel in each site after you leave. Visitor center across the street was good too.

Glad We Stayed Here
This was one of the nicest rv parks we have stayed at during or 7 weeks on the road. The bathrooms were clean, upkept and the showers were spacious and so easy to move around in. Loved the bath rug which gave a homey feel. Stayed here based on a recommend and so glad we did. Two thumbs up!

We are traveling across the country for the summer. This park is so very nice.
The people are great, large area to walk the dogs. They even provide poppy bags.
The laundry and showers are the bomb!!! Nice locking doors for privacy, and they provide a nice clean shower rug to stand on. Clean.
Laundry room clean. They even had extra baskets to take cloths out.

Great park. CLEAN restrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Easy walk to City Market. Across the street from a public park. We've stayed there twice in a 23 ft travel trailer enroute to and from the area and would stay again next time we're in the area.

Nice park. Many wide back in sites with mature trees. Must you must navigate on the blind side. Paved loop, gravel sites.
Good laundry and showers have private doors. On main street yet quiet. Park enhance elevates then downhill. Just go slow and be careful. Surprisingly good WiFi connectivity.
