Clean but Rude!
Review would have been more stars if it wasn’t for me hearing a lady (park employee) yelling at my sons (13, 9, 3 y.o.) from the other side of the park. They took our dogs to the nice dog run they have. She told them they must be w/ a parent and dogs must be on leash. If that’s the case, something should be told to the countless dog owners (some were not around) who had their dog off leash in the kennel or other kids I seen enjoying themselves on their skateboard. If my sons were damaging property or causing havoc, by all means, ask them to stop and bring it my attention. If you feel the need to yell at my children, then come yell at me. Since rules are being enforced w/ children directly, then rules should be enforced w/ adults who park their vehicles on others sites. Other than that, clean bathrooms, gravel sites, easy to maneuver. However, as a mother and a paying customer ($88 for 1 night) I will not be returning to a place that my children are yelled at and other cars on my site.

Secure And Clean
We stayed here a week during the summer with a 45ft Prevost. The park was very clean and easy to get in and out even with our trailer in tow. We will stay here again.

Never again at Peak RV Resort
I was stuck, staying in Colorado Springs and couldn’t find a reservation at another park. Made the reservation and life happened. We had to change plans due to medical reasons. They DO NOT REFUND for any circumstance. Never again at this place or any other who requires full payment up front, to Walmart we will go.

Level, Hard Gravel, Security Gate
We had emergency 2-week stop due to axle problem on our 2022 Travel trailer just before Labor Day. This was only place we found who could accommodate us and Stacy was very helpful. Honestly, because of the one comment we were skeptical. It was a pleasant surprise to find a well thought out facility with level compacted sites with full hookups and good tv on antenna. We haven’t used cable yet but it’s Direct TV. There’s not much green trees or grass or tables, but clean, gated, no junky long term units. There are 4 dog parks, kids playground and several barbecue and fire pits. The spaces are close together but adequate located in residential/industrial area but close to restaurants and tourist attractions like Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods. We’ve been full time RVers for 8 months now so we’ve seen a few REAL 2 star parks and this is not that. Hope this is helpful.

Not The Right Park Description
Peak RV Resort is at this address, but this description does not describe Peak RV Resort. This resort looks like a large parking lot and the sites are about $85 per night. It did not look like a pleasant place to stay especially at $85 per night.
