Enjoyed!
So Close to Garden of the Gods entrance that we rode our bikes to the park. There is a bike/walkway path. Close to a lot of attractions. Manitou Springs is such a cute town. Laundry room was very clean, large washers and dryers. $2.75 to wash, .25 for every 8 minutes for dryer, $1.00 is fine. We were in site S07, gravel, level. We were there in a class A 30ft with tow dolly. Plenty of room. We were across from the bark park and playground and we had the walkway between us for campers (tenters) to go to restrooms. So if you are sitting outside you are a greater. 😂 T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T worked fine. Enjoy your visit, check in was easy, employees were friendly and very well kept. Happy travels.

Was Very Crowded When I Was There
G06 full hook-up gravel lot. Room enough for a 30 foot camper. Beside laundry and bath house. Wi-Fi signal and AT&T service is weak but works.

Good Place To Base Camp
Like like the title says, this is a good place to set up camp that is conveniently located to several local attractions. The staff is very friendly, the spaces are very close together, but that seems understandable given the amount of people they're trying to accommodate that come and go through the area. We loved visiting Garden of the Gods, and taking the cog railway up to Pikes Peak.

Nice, Shaded Tight
Nice stop convenient to garden of gods. Tight spots. Lots of great trees. Bathrooms older but clean. Wifi to weak to use.

Garden of The Gods
We were here in 2019 for two weeks. I would have agreed with the negative reviews then.. We have been here for 1 of two weeks with a 38 foot 5th wheel two years later in 2021. I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean it is and how they have fixed it up. Especially the tent sites. I have not been in the restrooms since I have one, but the laundry room is also clean. I see the workers out all the time working around the park and very friendly. The only negative I have is for guests to please pick up your dog poo! They have a nice dog park with peat gravel but every time I go in there I find it; if you have a dog be responsible! I would encourage anyone to try this park! I will be back!

Has Gone Down Hill Over the Years
We’ve stayed several time in the last 20 years. Service gas dropped dramatically the last few years. Pool hours are crazy. Closing every day at 4 and two other days at 5. Dog park had no bags for use. So most people didn’t pick up after their pets. The office is rarely manned. We arrived at 4 on a Saturday were left fending for ourselves. Cable Tv and internet never worked while there. Yet this the highest priced park in town. Don’t think we will back here again.

Decent Spot
Other than they never answer their phone or return calls left on their voicemail this park was decent. The kids loved the arcade and riding their bikes all around.

Ok
Cheaper sites are not level, had to upgrade and pay more for same kind of site to get level. Was told "campground is on the side of a mountain, hard to level" but it is flat here, they just need to grade the gravel. Sites are close and very few trees. Cable is 3 channel's, got more stations on my antenna. Bathrooms and laundry are nice and 2 pools which I never saw anyone in. Conviently located to many popular attractions, but expensive for what you get.

Good Place
For the most part this place is good. Good location to everything. The people are nice. The place is clean. The trash got a little out of hand but was seen care of quickly. The WiFi did not work. At all. And there is no cell phone signal in the park. Which might it seem like a big deal. But. When you need information and you can’t get it not having a signal is frustrating. We would overall recommend this place but it was not really the type of RV site we would seek out again.

Not Worth The Money
Let me start by saying the staff was great. I feel bad they have to field so many complaints and concerns. Now to the park. There is no security. Spaces are too close and there is really no place to park a car. Sites are not level. There is no internet and only got 2 channels of the cable to work with any reliability. Even their electric system runs low (108-115 volts). Not coming back.

Avoid
The website is miss leading. This park is no better than a Walmart parking lot. No security, safety violations abound, parking is difficult, homeless people walking in and out of the park, park is dirty, long term tenants are obvious, premium spaces are disgusting, WFI is laughable, cable has 3 channels, not rural as depicted by the we'd photos. We didn't feel safe. Will never stay here again. The city of Colorado Springs should investigate the human hazard conditions that exists in this park; electrical shock, trip fall hazards, material condition of infrastructure... The staff were friendly.

RV sites are very tight and close together. Only a view slots have a great view. Staff is rude and unhelpful. There is construction right next to the site but isn’t too bad depends on your spot. The park is close to attractions.

Go Somewhere Else
NOT a fan, spots are close together & view is very disappointing. You can do better if you want beautiful views. Plus it was expensive & there’s construction. We booked 3 nights & left after 1. Lady at the front desk didn’t care & wasn’t about to give any credit.

Really?
Was told by the front desk that a tent site for one night was 92$. I've never once encountered a 92$ tent site for one night.

The campground is surrounded by road construction and a noise highway. There are some nice shaded sites on the perimeter but we got stuck out in the middle in an area that remained me of a parking lot. Sites were extremely close. Way too expensive for what we got. Won’t be back!!

Disappointed!
So many people booked in advance that I can not take my family to this RV Park! Generally this is our first start to the summer, however I guess their concerns are no longer compatible! Lot of new sites however sewers in the deluxe sites are right on the patio to the rig next door! The staff although friendly could not accommodate us this year, because we did not book out in January! I will take this as a reflection for years to come! Thanks for the years past however we will make zero efforts to stay at this facility! I refuse to believe they couldn’t accommodate our family! I am very hurt we made them our first stop for years! We have always stayed and payed plenty of money! Even during their high construction times these last several months we fought to get there, now we won’t ever stay again! I think that certain sites should remain available for this reason! Sorry your greed has taken over! Our lives do not constitute making reservations 6 months or more in advance!

$60. Disappointment
Most expensive place we stayed and the least satisfying. No grass anywhere, so if you have a furry travel companion, expect him to rebel. We were supposed to have basic cable, we did not. WiFi was awful, we could connect but I couldn’t check emails because they wouldn’t load. The showers were clean but dark and no bench to put your things on while you shower.

Good Spot
First time camper. Staff was extremely helpful. Campgrounds laid out well. Would have given it 5 stars except for the construction just outside the entrance. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Nice, But Flawed
Nice park, super nice people on the phone and well kept campground. The reason I can only give them 3 stars is because some of their sites are very unlevel. For the price, this isn't acceptable.

Just had a nice 2 night stay. Very clean facilities, nice dog run, reasonable, well maintained park in beautiful Manitou springs.

Thought this was going to be a great campground. Could hardly get in to tight spot. Awning could not be fully extended. Would not recommended.

Good For A Night
We stayed on a tent site and my only complaint is how packed in everything here is. The primitive sites are all on a long narrow dirt road that has a small area to turn around at the end. We set up 1 tent and a canopy over the picnic table and barely had enough room to park the car. The swimming pools were the reason for us to stay here, the shower houses were clean, and there is a coin op laundromat on site. Camp Wi-Fi is pretty unreliable.

Garden Of The Gods 7/2017
Campground is very clean and well maintained. Lots of trees make it feel like you're much further off the highway than you really are. Bathroom facilities are being upgraded/remodeled, two pools are nice . Staff is very friendly & helpful. Close to many attractions and activities, including historic Colorado City downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Overnight maybe
We stayed here August 2016 for two weeks! I gave it a 3 star for location only! Packed with full time residents! Sites are too close for comfort! WIFI in park does not work, in fact people at front desk tell you to go to Starbucks for WIFI! With the cost of the sites seems like they could upgrade WIFI. No Cable available either!

Site D20 has bad power. Three days of complaints moved me to new site. Told that D20 would not be used but another person was assigned. Fix the voltage problem!!!!

Absolutely Wonderful
This place has been wonderful. Once you get used to the directions, you find that all the main tourist attractions are really really close. The staff is awesome and very helpful. They have lots of shower houses. The spaces are tight but, you don't camp in a campground to get away from people. That's when you camp open range. Absolutely love this place!!!!!!

From Fl
Place is only good to stop overnight. Spaces are tight together and not level. Couldn't get level with air suspension. Not enough room beside most of the spaces to park your toad, have a fire or grill. Loaded with full time residents.

Great Time!
Everyone was friendly. The kids got to play at the playground every day. It even got warm enough one day for them to swim! We also had fun in the arcade!

Close to all of the attractions. Tight spaces very close to neighbors. Road noise all night long. Very clean. Pad and rock lots. We would recommend this resort.
