Stayed over Memorial Day weekend, 2017. A little windy at times, but very clean and spacious. There were several sites that had raised beds for tents and it appeared as if all of the sites were level for the RV's. There was a camp host on site that sold bundles of wood for $5 per. Cheaper than the gas station 5 min away - $6. Showers ($1) and laundry ($1.50) on site. Sprint had horrible cell service but our friends had AT&T and had no issues. There is no WIFI.
Gas station was also stocked with plenty of ice and there's a liquor store in the same building as the gas station.
Tons of Park Rangers patrolling the grounds and lake but I'm sure the holiday weekend played a part in that.
The boat ramp is maybe a two min drive from Rosa Campground and well maintained.
We had a blast - highly recommend!
