Impossible tight spaces,no dog area and mostly asphalt and craggy concrete old trees not good for pets. One way in and out of park. Always full and I mean always this is 100 percent full timers park. So that’s why you’re phone calls may be unanswered or not returned. This a small park. It should be advertised differently. Maybe say 3 spaces available for overnight but that’s not the case either they are all given to long term or those awaiting long term as soon as they become available.
