Good price for what it offers. We used this as a place to camp on a trip and it was very nice. Not the best maintenance but still better than a lot I’ve been to. Tent sites are not level.

heard animal sounds in the distance at dusk. this site has the BEST water. cleanest tasting water from a tap I've ever had.

Rustic

Nice enough but narrow dirt road, tight turns. Quiet. Good for overnight. Would not suggest big rigs. Good Verizon signal.
