Noisy And Long Term Camping
Stayed here for two nights. Expensive and majority of long term campers. Sites are super cramped, people with cars parked in front of their RV makes it difficult to back into your space. Lots of stuff piled around, very little grassy areas. Noisy with the freeway and the trolley trains running.

Not Advised
The location is in fact very convenient to I-5 and beaches. That said, this place is under par for cleanliness and quality of people and rigs. Most of those here appear to be living in a very old RV with junk outside. Spaces are incredibly tight. Most important, there are NO REFUNDS.

Not Worth The Money
We didn’t even turn our truck off after we pulled into this park! The pictures make this place look like a gem but it was far from it! The pool and laundry rooms looked nice from the 10seconds we were there but the campers were on top of eachother and it was right off the freeway in a not very good part of town! The camper next to us was using our hookup because he was parked the wrong way and it was a pain trying to pull out of there and leave! Luckily the staff was apologetic when I called the next day and we were fully refunded! Would not recommend this location!

Lovely!
Stayed here one month. Traveling with a 14 & 11 year old. They loved the rec room & pool. Clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Good And Bad
Please note that their site states that rigs over 12 years old are not allowed. We have stayed here with a 14 year old Class A. Some of the sites have long term occupants with unsightly clutter. The staff is RUDE. To use the laundry, you must purchase a card for $5 which is returned when you give back the card. The problem is you must plan your laundry chores around office hours and checkout date. If you want to be closer to the beach, this is a good spot. If you want a better experience, more inland parks are better. The RV sites are cramped but with all to see in SD, no reason to stay 24/7 in the site. The park is in an industrial area next to I-5.

Rip Off
It cost over a hundred bucks after taxes for one night in off season. Way too expensive. Motels and airbnb are cheaper. I guess you can fit 8 in an RV, that's how they calculate the prices. But for one or two it's just too expensive. It's basically a parking space, no sheet changing, and difficult cleaning needed after I leave. Why the hell is it that pricey?

Nice Park, Horrible Staff
TLDR: Nice Park, Horrible staff, and they overbooked our booking and didn't refund our deposit. The Good: Decent Park with spaces for all sizes of RVs. Park seems to be trying to improve by adding security. The Bad: The staff here is rude and incompetent. When speaking with the staff in the office they have very bigoted views of how RVing should be done. We booked 6 months before we planned to show up and put down a deposit. Two months before we were coming out we called to reverify and found out they over booked our reservation. We never got our deposit back. Luckily someone canceled at Santee Lakes when we found this out. We booked their and had a very nice time.

Great Place
This is one of the only places in the summer months that you can stay for a reasonable price. The car noise goes away after a few days and the dog walk area is better then one rv place by the water. I have to say if I have to pick a place this b is the one.

Ok For A Overnights
We stopped here for two nights, there is a lot of traffic noise and their dog area is the worst I have seen. I thought I booked a pull thru site but was told I hadn't and they only have 3 pull thru sites in the whole camp ground. Back in spaces are level but small, we have a 36 foot coach and it was a tight fit. Prices for CA were about the same as everywhere.
