Excellent Facility!
Beautiful facility on the Sacramento River, very spacious site lay-out, laundry room very close (had to scrounge for enough quarters, accepting dollar bills would have been great). We were only one night but could see families enjoying themselves.

When This Was The Durango
When this was the Durango it was a RV Resort you wanted to come back to know that its a KOA the sites have been neglected for the amount of money you have to pay for each stay they should be able to maintain their park .

Overprced
Stayed here when it was Durango and it was nice, KOA has bought it and rates are about 40% higher now. $97 - $108 a night, for that I should get maid service.

Outrageous rates. Nice but who would pay this much? Go up the highway.

One Night Stand
I had a back in river site with great river views. It was very peaceful. The freeway noise was more like white noise even when quiet hours came. I do wish the laundry facility had soap for sale and a coin machine($2 in quarters a load) but stores are very close by. This was a half way stop for me and worth it. I did not have the chance to explore but I plan on returning.
-Very clean
-Easy parking
-Lots of green grass for the dogs and asthetics
-it appeared to have hook ups for pulling in either direction. Not verified
-the gates are comforting, not all of Red Bluff looks as nice.

Very Pleasant
I must disclose, this is one of the first times I've sprang for an RV park, and I'm pleasantly surprised. So my review can't compare to other equally priced parks. It's quiet, tidy, well maintained, and the hot tub is actually hot! I choose a fountain view, washed my windows, and am enjoying my time doing a thorough interior cleaning. Quite an upgrade from a Walmart parking lot or a truck stop.

We have stopped here several times; easy pull through sites, clean & well maintained park; friendly staff & a nice pool. Best stop in the area!

Easily one of the finest parks we’ve stayed at. Very clean, large spots, walking distance to local restaurant and 24 hour grocery store but the noise from I-5 really takes away 1 star.

Awesome
My brother is from Oregon we’re from central California so we met half way and chose this resort. It was so neat! All the staff was really nice and all very pet frieny they would even stop by to give our dogs snacks when we were walking. They have a huge room with couches and games and a fireplace if you need a break from your trailer. The pool is huge but not heated in winter so we only used the hot tub (which is pretty rare when your camping). It’s really close to grocery stores and restaurants. I could go on and on but I will just say we will be back again! Also it’s close to the I-5 but it’s also right next to the Sacramento River which made for great pictures! Also you get a discount for being a AAA member

Great Park
Awesome place. Easy on and off. All utils and propane service. Garbage pick up. Good places to eat and drink nearby. Luigi’s delivers pizza! Good WiFi. River close and walking trails but a lot of homeless camped across highway via walking trail.

Great Park! They escort you to your site. They pick up your garbage on a daily basis. Extremely clean park, restrooms and showers. If you can, arrange your site near the fountains or the river and away from the freeway side. There is a gradual slope on I5 near the park, so Jake Brakes are abundant during the night. If you locate by the river or around the fountains, it's wonderful. The entire place deserves top rating. We'll go there again and again!

Class & Refinement
Please see my full review on Durango's Facebook page, Yelp, and Google. This app will not allow me to copy and paste my lengthy review so I will just say Durango is wonderful and well will be visiting again for sure.

This place was very clean and pretty much looks like the pictures. We took 4 of our grandsons and they all had a blast. The river at the rear of the park was beautiful and fast running, but not easily accessible for fishing. If you cross the bridge over the river (that is seen as you make the turn to center street), there is a nice day use park on the river that lends itself to fishing, wading and dog wading.
