Nice and quiet
Overall, this was a nice quite RV park with fairy large sites, easy access for large rigs. A bit pricey at $50 per night. If you book a reservation, be prepared to "not" get that reserved spot. We reserved a spot with a nice grass area and when we arrived, we were put in a spot with no grass just gravel/dirt. (NOTE: They do have a disclaimer when you book online stating: "you may not get the spot you request).
Would stay again.

Pioneer RV Park
Nice, convenient location. Clean bathrooms. Some noise from lumber mill but no road noise. Beautiful park next to campground.

The staff did an exceptional job maintaining this park. From grooming the grass and shrubs to making sure no trash anywhere. Bathrooms and laundry so clean. And everyone was super friendly. Note that Plumas National forest does not have very many trails available.

Terrific Park!
We did a weekend excursion to Quincy and were delighted to find space at the Pioneer RV park. It adjoins the fairgrounds and was green with plenty of shade trees. Wes and Diane Sanders, the owners of the park, were just as nice as they could be, even loaning us a coax cable so that we could watch TV. There's a heated shower locker room for the winter. A second opens the for the summer season. Go downtown to Amie Carey's candy/bake/coffee shop and sample the good things she has to offer. Best coffee in town.
Can't wait to go back!
