This place was amazing! I would give the location 5 stars as it’s so beautiful!! It’s behind the Monarch Butterfly Grove. Its about a 10-20 minute walk to the beach. It’s very beautiful and peaceful. There are no hookups here but that isn’t much of a problem unless you really need it! There’s a dump and water station at the entrance/exit.

Big Spots.
This was a decent campground with big spaces, but curbs make it somewhat difficult to get in and out of spaces when you have a big setup. It is primitive, but right next to the beach which I very nice. We did receive multiple warnings about things get stolen in the night but we had no issue, although we kept everything locked up.

Homeless Shelter
There are a lot of homeless living in tents and some sites look like a dumpyard. My skateboard was stolen from our doorstep in the night. I would avoid coming here, there are many other campgrounds around.
