Tight And Run Down

Spots are very tight and the park is pretty run down.

We stayed at High Sierra this last weekend. I would say it is very tight from spot to spot. We did have water in the creek and that was nice to hear. I would have given it 3.5 stars but no half’s. The place was very clean and the staff was nice. This would be a good place to stay if going to Yosemite or just passing through or no COVID. The cost was fine for the best spots/ next to the river. The big issue for me was the layout of the sewer clean out. Right next to where you would sit under your awning of your RV. I covered my neighbors up with the table in our spot. I did not put out my sewer hose just to be a friendly neighbor.

Friendly Staff

Booked last minute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a nice view, my trailer backed up to the river . It's a small park but well maintained and we enjoyed our stay.

Tight spaces and short sites; we feared we would fall down the hill if we drove in any further. We needed a place to stay for a night and am glad it wasn't needed any longer.

Okay if you like being on top of everybody else. Only stay if nessisary.

Closed at 5pm, must not want business. Who stops by 5pm on a trip. Didn't look bad.

Friendly staff, site was acceptable. In the older bathrooms, toilets barely flushed. The lights did not work one morning. Two showers shared the main bathroom to dress.

A Very Nice Place

I was able to get reservations here only a day or so ahead of time. Campsites of any kind around here are very scarce. But this place is a very pleasant spot. Right now I'm all set up and sitting in the shade beside the river while my laundry dries. The place is clean and I guess for this area reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice Older Park

Wifi is good. Older rv park. Was here in April so the creek had plenty of water. Bath and laundry are older. Nice people running the place. Had full hookups. NOT big rig friendly. They have a limited number of spots that thirty foot fifth wheels or maybe a forty foot class A can fit in. Most are only able to accommodate class c or small TT. Would not mind staying here again but not with our forty foot fifth wheel and extended cab tow vehicle. Paid $140.00 for four nights

We had a spot with water and electricity only, but there are spots with full hookups available. The river is just a small creek, nothing to swim in. WiFi requires user/password which you get at the reception - bad luck if check in late. The town is still in walking distance.

At first was a little shocked going by all the mobile homes but where the rvs are parked was nice we had a nice shaded spot. The cable worked, water good, nice town. I'd go back. They sell propane. There are 2 entrances.

It may have been great but the river is dried up here and very dusty lots. No play area for kids. They are military friendly though. Great if you are just passing through.
