Crazy place. This is a must see. Stop by Salvation Mountain on the way then, drive around here and East Jesus to see some incredible things and fabulous art. Stay a day a week or a month. We spent 3 1/2 hours our first day digging an RV out who drove off into the sand and got stuck up to his axles. No water, electricity, or sewers anywhere in sight. But a lot of ingenious solar and windset up by the locals.

Love This Place

I've stayed here twice both for 6+ months. I recommend this off grid camping experience to everyone. You should consider staying no less that 4 weeks. Friendships made here last a lifetime. MUSIC and Art rule the weeks here.
