Great Site
Very nice facility! Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Laundry was great! Huge spaces surrounded by trees, only downside was noise from highway. The Beach is also a 10-15min walk so bring all your stuff in one go. Also they take Good sam.

Clean Sites
This place has great sites that are dairy large for California campgrounds. I knew there would be noise form the freeway but I swear there was a vehicle all hours of the night it was so loud. The price was a little steep for an RV Campground. Only reason to stay here again is cause it’s an easy walk to the beach.

Super Cute & Great Loco.
Super cute. Great location to walk to Dunes. Full hook up sites. Fire pits and picnic tables. All vacationers no fulltimers.

Beautiful, Natural, Easy To Reach
Yes pricey, even with Good Sam but worth it as walks are great, office is efficient and very friendly, beauty is all around in blooming dunes, and site was wide enough and level. Walmart is near along with restaurants, shopping. Stayed 3 nights. Dog and kid friendly, well maintained.

Quick Booking
Great place, stayed only one night. Place is great, starting with making a call to reserve a place (probably last one), to whole experience. Kids friendly, pet friendly, highway noise is there, not bad, if you don’t like it - Boondock...
Price is very reasonable with AAA, Sams and Military.
Will stay again

Lovely But Long WALK To Beach
This park is exceptionally well maintained. Walking into the bathrooms is like being at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.
What would be nice is a shuttle to and from Monterey. We had this service at a Park in New Orleans And It Was a wonderful convenience.
The walk thru the beautiful dunes to the beach is 500 yards. A little long for those of us in our 70s.
Otherwise, great place.

Great Stay
We stayed three nights here in May. The grounds were clean out space was very level. We had plenty of room between sites. Freeway noise was there but not to bad. Great little walk to beach. Short drive into Monterey. Dog friendly. Will definitely come back.

Great place. Freeway noise a little loud. Very clean!
The people that work here are very friendly. The camp sites are all very level and clean. Not a bad site in the place. I would recommend getting a site on the ocean side. A little less freeway noise. This will be one of my stops every year.

Newmar 35
We had a great time, nice clean and well-kept facility and friendly staff. A little tight to get in but manageable for a 35 footer. I would definitely return as we really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice Park
We stayed here over the New Year holiday and had a great time. The spaces are clean, bathrooms recently upgraded, and staff is very nice. I’m confused by all the people commenting on the freeway noise. Yes, there is noise, but to be expected since right next to freeway. The prices were not that bad, we have paid more for less. Overall, nice place to stay and take in the Monterey peninsula.

Too Close To Freeway, Expensive
Appears clean, but the freeway noise is terrible and the weekend prices are very high. Additionally, our space backed onto the tent camping area and on returning from dinner in Monterey found cars parked directly behind our trailer and kids trying to ride their bikes through our site the next morning. Too much money for the freeway and tent camper noise. Won't return.

$89
In a minivan camper and $90 a night blew me away. Right next-door to the highway which meant I had to keep my earplugs in. Laundry was out of action and toilets along with showers were small and in a trailer. All almost 100 yards away from my site. A long walk in the middle of the night! Faucet at site was 2" off the ground and useless unless you had a hose. Last visit for me.

Expensive
Very expensive for overnight and the proximity to the beach is misleading. It's a nice park overall, but I feel like they oversold.

Loved It
Nice park, seemed to have addressed previous negative remarks; facilities are well maintained and neat, remodel of common areas in progress. Nice spaces, back-in only here, a little tight but managed with 37' 5th wheel, saw plenty of bigger class A's too. Internet is free and fast, access to beach is an easy 500yd walk along sand path, nice paver patio area with picnic table and fire ring. Easy access to Seaside and Monterey via Hwy 1 (which you can always hear in background- only negative). Booked our next stay while here, very friendly staff.

Clean And Neat
We stayed in a 30ft class C and had no problem backing in or getting set up. The hookups were clean and modern, and the site was well kept with a fire ring and picnic table. A wooden fence separated us from our neighbors on both sides so there was a feeling of privacy. WiFi was acceptable. I would stay here again, but I agree with other reviewers that the highway noise was definitely noticeable , so it's not like you are out in the wilderness!

Crappy
Wouldn't let me sleep in my truck bed tent.....they suck. For $50 a night you would think it wouldn't matter.

Marina Dunes
Very well designed park across the street from oceanside dunes. It's about .5 mi walk to beach area via access route (due to rehabitation of dunes). Close to Seaside and off Rt 1; near Monterey. Free wifi and cable somewhat offsets expense of stay, but this is a very expensive park imho ($80.64/night with 10% Good Sam discount applied). Clean and neat facilities. Our site was back-in, and manueverability is a bit tight, but site itself was wide with gravel base, patio, picnic table and fire-pit. If it bothers you, note that the nearby Rt 1 Hi-way noise is persistent.

very nice overall...sorta lousy housekeeping...dirty floors and pile of debris in laundry..

One Of The Best I've Seen
Very clean and well laid out park. Definitely not your run of the mill blacktop parking lot. Nice mature trees and shrubs between each space gives more privacy than most. Everything you could want is right there and the dunes and beach are right across the street. Just about the only thing I had a problem with was the price. At $70 / night it was a little bit steep, but only because I liked the place so much, I stayed a few days longer than planned.
