Very Nice

Great hideaway! Short walk to Spooner Cove- beach which allows pets. Camp sites state they are limited to rv's 27 ft or less. We fit our 31' just fine, just be choosy with your site, some are very small. Water is available, but it is not pressurized like most other places. It's a large tank with a small drain without a threaded garden hose. It gets very breezy here, often. The campground is maintained very well. Lots of wildlife to see if you're lucky. We saw some wild peacocks, tons of quail, lizards, birds, a coyote, and an owl. Great place for mountain biking, kite flying(on beach), or just relaxing.

Stayed in the horse camp, its very primitive amenities, but the ability to take our horses on the beautiful trails was worth giving up all the luxuries of other campgrounds. Highly recommend for those horse enthusiast's who know how to rough it!!
