Small Charges

This is the second time we've stayed here. A very nice, well shady park. This time we're only over-nighting. They tried to upsell us with full hook-ups. Had to ask for just water/electricity for the discount price of $49/night (with tax) (cash or check only). The WiFi is short range and poor. You only get one token per person for 5 minutes of hot water for the shower. It's $1 for each additional token. If you want to watch a video it's $2.50. It's in a good location near the heart of downtown Lee Vining, which is a cool town to explore. You're also near enough to Mono Lake. I'm just not too impressed with the added small charges for things.

Good For A Pinch

Stayed one night on the way to Yosemite. Nasty snow rainy day. Restrooms and showers clean. Laundry good. Park needs some TLC. Unlevel sites. Cable had terrible connection. Wifi very weak.

Old Guy

Clean, well run with lots of shade. Owners are nice. About 50$ a night with power. Ice cream in the office.

Miss

Worst campground we've ever visited. Owner is rude and arrogant. Will never come back.

Great

Early in season. Quiet. Nice dog trail to mono lake. Cash only. Beautiful views from everywhere.

Travel Advisor/ Agent

Would be nice to have more full hook ups. Many of us would be willing to pay more.

Okay for Cheap

Must use shower tokens. Restroom stall doors come up higher than toilets. Must pay per device for internet. Absolutely no fires allowed, charcoal use only. Sites are close together. Has dog area, is close to town shops, may be bear in area.

Great RV Park

Each site is nice. Clean and close to shops and restaurants. They do charge $1 for 5 minutes showers for tenters. RV users showers are included in price.
