Nice for an urban rv park
Tight quarters, some effort at greenspace. has a pool that looked clean (we did not use it), laundry facilities were clean. Full hookups so we did not use comunity shower or toilet facilities. For an urban park this is OK. Located right next to Interstate highway8 it is easy to get to, but the highway is very loud. Only time the road is not busy is like between 2 and 3 AM. Staff was nice and helpfull.
Central to San Diego area, 10 min to Zoo and Balboa park, easy access to downtown and the beach. Walk to the tram stop.
Best sites are 132 and above, larger, cleaner, and more grass. I expect the photos on their website were all taken from that side of the park.

Clean, Great WiFi, but Expensive
The San Diego RV Resort is clean, has excellent WiFi, a nice pool and spa, but is expensive. It is located next to the freeway so it can be a bit noisy, but the location is very convenient for visitors to San Diego. If you aren’t towing a car you can catch the green line trolley which will take you to Old Town or to the Gaslamp district. We found it very clean and we will go back again.

Trolley Access Is Great
I love the access to the trolley, people are friendly and the park is clean. They have a nice pool, hot tub and pool table. On the down side it's right next to the freeway so it is noisy and there is a lot of dirt in the air. They've started charging for extra parking spots at $150 a month (free earlier this year). They no longer have on-site propane although the website says they do. I do recommend it with the above caveats.

Nice amenities but not worth the price in my opinion. Sites are close together. The noise from the street and trolley are nonstop. My kids loved the pool and the small creek behind our spot that had crayfish and a racoon living in it.
