Paved and gravel road about 6 miles from Seiad Valley, fine for a passenger car. Most of the sites are shaded well. All have picnic tables and fire rings. Walking distance to Grider Creek, which has pools large enough to sit in. One pit toilet (lower) is rough, but the one off to the right as you drive in was fine. I camped for a couple nights as I was waiting for my husband and some friends to come through on the Pacific Crest Trail. I was the only car camper there.
The only water I was aware of was from the creek, however I didn’t look hard
