Enjoyed Our Overnight Stay

Thanks Joanne for saving your last spot for us! Didn’t realize that Fresno was such a large city! Choice Food Market has excellent selections!

Not a bad spot. The resident are quiet and the park is clean. Laundry and restroom are good. Pet friendly

Reserved spot for 3 weeks in August. Got there and the spot I was told I would have was occupied by not one but two RVs. Sam is nice enough but, why let someone stay in a spot that is reserved. All spots were too close and filled with long term residents. Found another place that was less and in a better area. Had to give at least one star.

Enjoyed our stay. Not super quiet but near 99 and $5 uber ride to tower district. Not super walkable safe neighborhood. Nice functioning warm showers and washers and dryers for $3 load. Staff let us just stash our bikes in the office so no one messed with them. $40 with good Sam 10% discount

Nice little clean park. We stayed right on road but was still quiet. All facilities were good. Will stay again!
