Military only. It's on an Army base.
Under normal circumstances, I would rate this place one or two star. Bear with me. It is the only option for miles around. The next closest option is a thirty minute drive through the desert. In that context, it's okay, especially at $15 per night.
Our site had water, sewer, and 50/30 amp hookups. Sites are back-in only and are pretty close together. We have a 38" bumper pull; a little challenging to move around in the narrow space.
Majority of the people staying here are full timers stationed at Fort Irwin. The staff is friendly and helpful.
There is no WiFi, bathhouse, rec center, playground, or really any kind of amenities. It's pretty much just a long strip of gravel with hookups. Again, keep in mind, Fort Irwin is in the middle of the Mojave. This is not the Ritz of RV parks.
