Only decent campground in the Sacramento area. I guess it depends on what your looking for. Large sites with some privacy, fire pits, close to lake. We stayed 6 days over our grandchildren's spring break. It is a California state park, so you need to make reservations on their site. You may be able to get a site day of , if not summer or spring break. When we can , we like "real campsites " better than RV parks.

Full hook up. Pay showers, clean. Sites mostly flat. Some road noise my site. Trails. need to hike to see lake or drive over. Make reservations during busy season and weekends.
