Stayed For A Week In May

Stayed here for a week in May of 2022. Excellent campground. Very level concrete pads with well maintained grounds. Located close to highways and good access to any part of the city. Gated entry so very safe and secure. Quit too. Good facilities at this campground. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are visiting San Diego.

Kids everywhere & the adults r having fun too. This is a lovely resort park; well maintained with great amenities, pool, spa, equipment rentals, cafe, clean laundry, even bouncing clouds & well decorated. Top notch!

Love This Place!

This is our second week long stay at this KOA. We stayed end of June, the campground was full lots of kids having the time of their life. The Sandcastle Cafe is a highlight have had pizza, burger and the best fries EVER, tacos. Our second trip checked in on Labor Day, the official change of seasons at the Campground. So surprised there are SO many vacant spots. It’s nice and quiet. The hours of the Cafe change dramatically. Only open 8-1pm, open for dinner on Fri-Sat. Last night we placed an order online for delivery from Mikes NY Giant Pizza, our pizza arrived within 1/2 hour piping hot and SO delicious. Also, ordered salad that was super fresh. Highly recommend Mikes for delivery while staying here.

Loved This Resort

We recently camped here this weekend in a pull through 30 amp spot. This is our new favorite campground. So many activities for everyone to do and even though it’s mostly concrete, it doesn’t feel like a parking lot. Lots of mature trees and huge spots, each with their own grassy area. Open fires are also allowed, which we loved for s’mores. Restaurant is decently priced for decent food. (Most breakfast items $4, kids meals $6) I can’t comment on the WiFi, as we are mostly outside and here to camp and unplug so we don’t use it. Overall great experience

Great park with great amenities. Just too pricey for the small spaces.

Great Location!

Very nice KOA! Pool was amazing! Easy access to San Diego by bus and tramway. Great staff Would return any time!

Do not come until the renovations are over noise all day

This was my kids favourite RV Park! Great playgrounds/bouncy trampoline for them! It's a bit tight for a large motorcoach, but the sites are clean and very nice! Lots of amenities and a great spot!!

Beautiful Park

There is nothing negative to say about this place , this may be one of the most beautiful KOA camps we've ever stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot. Lots of activities for the kids including bike rentals and swimming pool, arcades, and a shooting gallery. Laundry facility was clean and everything worked. They have a lot of nice cabins here too although we didn't write one we had a travel trailer it would be a great place to stay in a cabin. About 10 minutes on a no work time traffic to the zoo and Central San Diego. We would definitely stay here again. staff very helpful and friendly.

Good for stay some days, good space and good for child

Wonderful KOA near attractions. Great way to visit San Diego without spending a fortune.

Best KOA we've been to. Immaculately maintained.
